one caveat about the size/design: the keyboard tray has a bit of a cutout in the center, leaving more surface for mouse on the sides. This cutout is bad at this width, however, because if you center the keyboard then the mouse area(s) are too narrow and if you move keyboard to one side then you have uneven wrist support.
There seems to be a move away from under the worksurface keyboard trays and towards stand desks now for people suffering from carpal tunnel and poor leg circulation. We've purchased several for some of our employees with doctor's notes, and many employees have purchased them themselves for their desk, as they are more affordable today than they were a couple of years ago. My only criticism is that they are a bit too deep for most cubicle workstations. The attached tray juts out over the edge of the worksurface. But other than that, everyone seems to enjoy being able to stand and stretch as they work.

Fantastic!!! I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he LOVES it! He has been suffering from lower back pain for several years now and has a desk job. Since he has been standing at work mostly with the use of this desk, he is noticing his back has started to feel better. Hopefully with prolonged use, it will just continue to get better and better.
He said there was very minimal assembly required to attach the keyboard tray. It raises and lowers very easily.
Highly recommend!
